Return Process

  Log into your Cradle account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
